I messaged these people Wednesday of last week for service and it's now Tuesday the next week and they still haven't responded to continue to help me. I have money in hand ready to pay for services and they see no interest in helping me further. They said there's something in their system about the address that needs to be resolved and I guess it takes days to resolve, the only thing I can think of is that where I'm staying is rural so the address is not correct in the system but I did give a direct link to the address and GPS coordinates to actually get here. My train of thought is maybe rural to them means poor, means a dangerous area which it's not, so without a proper full address they see no reason to respond back or anything. I don't expect you to apologize but please be better than this.
